8. Mansfield (8-2): Tough loss to Milford in the quarterfinal.

9. Milton (10-0): Steve Dembowski got the better of his old Thanksgiving Day coaching dance partner.

10. Andover (9-1): Just couldn’t find a way to slow down the St. John’s Prep offense.

11. Methuen (8-2): The old fumble the ball, pick it up and score from the two with eight seconds left to win the game. Just like the way Tom Ryan drew it up.

12. Franklin (6-3): Heartbreaking home loss to Methuen.

13. North Attleboro (7-2): The boys of November are back in business once again.

14. Brockton (8-2): Boxers will face Bridgewater-Raynham at Fenway Park for the Southeast Conference title.

15. Everett (8-2): Shame that the Crimson Tide couldn’t find a Thanksgiving Day opponent.

16. Wakefield (10-0): Warriors won the battle of unbeatens against Plymouth South.
