Here comes Santa Claus… By helicopter! – Boston Herald

Kris Kringle himself helicoptered in to the North End, touching down at Christopher Columbus Park on Sunday for the neighborhood’s 50th anniversary Christmas parade and celebration, sponsored by the North End Athletic Association.

Santa was joined by Miss Massachusetts, Scarlet Ramirez, along with crew of elves, Wally and Tessie from the Red Sox, and Blades from the Boston Bruins for the procession through the streets of the North End.
